We wanted to say thank you for the custom bobble that that was recently created for us. The precise detail and design that went into this was absolute exceptional and over the top customer service. The ordering process was seamless. We sent in photos for each the bride and groom accordingly.
We included details of my dress, jewelry, shoes, his jersey, hat, football logo, flowers and our beloved pet Charlier Girl. The artist was very forth coming to let us know that they couldn’t “replicate” the exact look of my dress but they would be able to get close. This communication was very much appreciated and was exceptional.
The artist sent photos and checked in with us on a regular basis ensuring we approved all the details along the way. We had our custom topper in plenty of time before the ceremony. All of our guest loved the topper and it was the talk of the reception. We even took the photo of the topper and used it for our kids coloring book.
